3 Intended use
The cooler is suitable for cooling and warming foodstuffs. There is a switch
to change between heating and cooling modes.
The device has been designed for use with a 12 V
DC
on-board power supply
socket of a car (cigarette lighter), boat or caravan. It can also be used with
110 V AC mains by connection of an AC adapter (AC adapter is not included,
sold separately). We recommend using the MOBICOOL Y40 AC/DC adapter.

If you wish to cool medicines, please check if the cooling capacity
of the device is suitable for the medicine in question.
4 Scope of delivery
5 Technical description
The cooler can cool products to a maximum of 20 °C under the ambient
temperature or warm them and keep them warm to a maximum of 65 °C.
The connecting cable of your cooling box fits into the cigarette lighter socket
in your car, boat or caravan. It also fits into our Mobicool adapter Y40 (not
included, sold separately), which makes it possible to use the appliance via
the AC mains at home, in the hotel or in the office.

Caution
Please never connect the connecting cable to the AC network
directly.
The cooler is suitable for camping use. The appliance shall not be exposed
to rain.
Its cooling system is a non-wearing and CFC-free Peltier cooling, the heat is
discharged by a fan.
