5.2 Open/close cooling box
The cover halves of the cooling box can be closed by means of a rotary
button (see figure 2, page 3, pos. F). The following settings can be selected
with the rotary button:
Caution! Tilting danger!
The cooler might tilt when the left cover-half is open. Close the left
cover-half and turn the rotary button to position A or B after using
the left cabinet (see figure 3, page 4).
5.3 Use the cooling box
➤ Place the cooling box on a stable base.
➤ Connect the cooling box
– with a mains rectifier to a alternating current socket.
or
– with the supplied connecting cable to the cigarette lighter in the
vehicle.
➤ Push the switch on the control panel to the position „HEISS/HOT” (see
figure 4, page 4, Pos. E) or „KALT/COLD” (see figure 4, page 4, Pos. C)
in order to switch on the cooling box.
Lock the box firmly by shutting the cover again and setting the
rotary button to the position “Lock” (see figure 3, page 4, pos. A).
Already after a short period you can convince yourself from the
proper functioning of your cooling box at the interior of the cover.
✓ The cooling box starts to cool or heat the interior space.
