Replacement Wear Parts and Technical Service
When contacting MobileODT’s Service and Repair department for servicing the
EVA System, you will need to provide the following information: Details on the
defect that has occurred and corresponding serial number of the device. These
can be read off from the label located on the back of your device, where the
phone is to be inserted.
