Battery and charger safety warnings:
Your MOD BIKES battery and charger may get hot when charging. Do not leave unattended.
If the charger indicator light flashes, do not use it. Contact your local MOD BIKES dealer for
assistance.
Keep your battery well protected. Store it away from humidity, liquids and flammables, and at a
temperature between 50 and 85°F.
Your battery may get hot during use. Let it cool before charging.
Keep your battery away from water, as it can cause irreparable damage.
Do not open the battery pack.
If the battery is damaged because of any kind of accident, stop using it immediately, as there may
be a risk of liquid leakage. If any liquid leaks onto your skin, rinse the affected area with water and
seek medical help immediately.
When your battery has reached the end of its service-life, recycle or dispose of it properly.
Contact your local waste disposal or environmental agency for advice on disposing lithium ion
batteries.
Always charge your bike’s battery
with the original MOD BIKES charger
and the right voltage (36V or 48V).
Using a different charger can cause a
fire.
MOD BIKES
models have
different battery
configurations,
with each battery
storing a different
amount of energy
and supplying a
different range.
