The MOD BIKES 18-month
limited warranty covers your
e-bike’s:
• Main frame, fork and
suspension.
• Electric system, including the
motor, controller, display and
battery.
• This warranty is limited to
the repair or replacement of
the parts listed above. The
warranty applies exclusively
to the original owner and is
not transferable without an
official ownership transfer
by MOD BIKES. The warranty
only covers bicycles and
components purchased
through an authorized
MOD BIKES dealer, and is
contingent upon mandatory

The warranty
does not cover:
• Water damage, corrosion or rust.
• Damage/failure due to accidents.
• Damage/failure caused by
tampering or use of unauthorized
parts or accessories.
• Misuse.
• Neglect.
• Modifications of components.
• Normal wear and tear.
MOD BIKES limited warranty claims will
be approved only upon presentation of the
original sale receipt and signed warranty
statement.
