Remove the arm mechanism from the new tank lever by loosening nut (A) as shown.

Remove existing tank lever.

Unscrew the tank nut (B). The thread for the tank nut is a left handed thread.

Position the new tank lever through the tank hole. The tank lever handle
should be pointing away from the toilet bowl.

Position New Tank Lever

Tighten Tank Nut

Secure the lever by tightening nut (B) onto the tank.

Attach Arm Mechanism to Post

Connect the arm mechanism to the lever post and tighten nut (A).

Adjust Arm Position

Adjust arm side-to-side, ensuring no contact with tank parts.

Attach Flapper Chain

Connect the flapper valve chain to a slot on the arm, removing slack.

Check for Leaks

Verify no water leaks when the handle is in the normal position.
