FAQ
The desktop height can not be adjusted:
• Is the power cord correctly plugged into the desk and the power outlet?
• Is the electrical power outlet working?
• Has the maximum operation time been exceeded (see page 11)?
Strange noises or smoke:
• Immediately unplug the power cord and call for service!
Slow upward movement:
• The maximum lifting capacity is exceeded, reduce the weight.
Desk stops during upward or downward movement before it has reached
the end position:
• Container-stop and / or shelf-stop function is active (see page 12).
Desk stops during upward or downward movement and changes drive
direction:
• The desk ran against an obstacle and the collision protection has been
triggered. Eliminate the cause of the collision!
Cleaning and care:
We recommend a damp cloth and a mild household cleaner for regular
cleaning of the table surface.
Please do not use scouring agents or abrasive cleaners!
