ERROR CODE DEFINITION SOLUTION
21 Phase line overcurrent Restart the system. In case of any
fault, apply to an authorized dealer
for right of complaint.
24 Abnormal motor hall signal If the cable is well connected but the
fault persists after restart, seek assis-
tance from an authorized dealer.
28 Reference/torque voltage fault
Speed sensor fault
Check if the cable is connected
correctly. If the error code persists,
contact your dealer for further
assistance.
30 Abnormal communication Restart and check the connection of
communication line.
32 MCU error, base voltage Failure Check the assist button for any sign
of jams.
33 Abnormal MCU, abnormal reference
voltage
Replace display
The display shows an error code if the ECU has a problem, the code ashes and the system stops working. The user interface will
not exit from error code mode until the error code is resolved.
