• If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the
one provided by the bassinet manufacturer
or one specifically designed to fit the
dimension of the bassinet mattress.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians
recommend healthy infants be placed
on their back to sleep, unless otherwise
advised by your physician.
• NEVER use bassinet without bedding
provided with the product.
• When the bassinet is used for sleeping
you must still provide the supervision
necessary for continued safety of your
child.
• Use the bassinet with only one child at a
time.
• DO NOT move or carry the bassinet with
the child in it.
• DO NOT use bassinet in a motor vehicle.
• DO NOT USE bassinet if any parts are mis-
sing or broken. Contact Consumer Care
for replacement parts and instructional lite-
rature if needed.
