PARTS LIST
Before you start to assemble the battery-operated car, take the parts out of the packaging and check whether all
parts indicated in the list below are present. Keep the packaging until you have completely finished the
assembly.
See Figure PD: 1. Car Body – 1 pc; 2. Seat – 1 pc; 3. Rear-view mirrors – 1 set (left and right).; 4. Front wheels
– 2 pcs; 5. Rear driving wheels – 2 pcs; 6. Wheel cover – 4 pcs; 7. Charger – 1 pc; 8. Remote control – 1 pc; 9.
Front windshield – 1 pc; 10. Steering wheel – 1 pc; 11. User Manual; 12. Side brackets – 2 pcs (left and right).
ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. Front and rear wheels’ installation – See Figure 1:
• Side brackets: Turn car’s body upside down. Attach a side bracket on the left and right side of the car body.
Fix them using screws and screwdriver.
• Front wheels: Remove the split pins and the washers from the front axle. Attach the front wheels to the left
and right side of the front axle. Then place a washer on each side of the axle, coming out of the wheels. To fix
the wheels, insert the split pins in the corresponding openings in the axle. Then attach the wheel cover to the
wheels. Push them carefully to fix them. You will hear a click.
• Rear wheels Remove the split pins and the washers from the front axle. Attach the rear wheels to the left and
right side of the rear axle. The cogwheels of the wheels must fit tightly to the cogwheels of the gearboxes. Then
place a washer on each side of the axle, coming out of the wheels. To fix the wheels, insert the split pins in the
corresponding openings in the axle. Then attach the wheel cover to the wheels. Push them carefully to fix them.
You will hear a click.
2. Attaching the steering wheel – See Figure 2: Connect the steering wheel’s cable to the car’s cable. Then
insert the cables into the opening. Place the steering wheel on the tip of the steering rod. Warning! Be careful
not to damage the cables. Align the openings of the steering rod and steering wheel. Slide the fixing bolt
5x35mm and fix it using the M5 nut and screwdriver.
3.Attaching the front windshield – See Figure 3: Attach the windshield to the front part of the car’s body.
Insert the plastic pins of the windshield into the corresponding openings of the front body. Press carefully down
to fix it. Warning! Do not press too hard as you may break some of the parts.
4.Connect the car cables to the battery and attach the seat – See Figure 4 and 5: Lift the seat and connect
the red cable to the red terminal of the battery. Follow the correct polarity. Never connect black cable to red
terminal or vice versa. This may lead to short circuit. Turn on the power of the car to check if the connection was
successful. Place the seat back at its place. The plastic pins on the back of the seat must be enter the
corresponding openings in the car body. Then fix the seat with 2 screws.
USE OF THE BATTERY-OPERATED CAR
➢ See Figure U:
1. MP – Music player.
2. P – Power button for turning the car ON or OFF.
3. FP – Foot pedal.
4. F/B – Buttons for moving Forward/Reverse
5. C – Charging socket
➢Notice: When you change the direction of movement, first make sure that the car does not move. Otherwise, if
you change suddenly the direction of movement without stopping the car, you may cause damage of the gears
and motor.
➢ Moving Forward/ Reverse:
1. First switch the power of the car on. The music will start playing.
•Moving Forward: Put the Forward ▲ / Backward ▼ switch in position Forward ▲ and press the pedal in order
to move the car forward.
•Stop: Lift your leg from the pedal in order to stop the car from moving. If you switch the Forward/ backward
button into middle position, the car will not be moving as well.
•Moving Backward: To change the direction of movement, first make sure that the car does not move. Put the
Forward ▲ / Backward ▼ switch in position Reverse ▼ and press the pedal to move the car backwards.
Do not listen to loud music, because this may lead to impairment of the hearing.
