When the Crossfoot key is pressed, the totals of all columns and rows will automatically print.
For the sake of brevity, only the printout will be presented below.

All values will remain in their assigned column and row locations. They will not be automatically
cleared! In the event the user is moving to another crossfooting calculation, and not to %
Distribution or Proration, the user must press Crossfoot then C/CE.
Using our example, let us assume that the user wants to perform a % Distribution. The % Distribution
can be run on individual columns, individual rows, column totals or row totals. In the illustration below,
we will first run a % Distribution on Column 1, then we will run a % Distribution on Row Totals.
