How to fix a Monster Power Surge Protector that is not receiving power?
- LLauren SimpsonAug 14, 2025
First, ensure the Monster PowerCenter switch is turned on and that the AC power plug is properly plugged into a grounded 120V wall outlet. In some cases, the wall outlet may be controlled by a wall switch, so try turning on nearby light switches. If the issue persists, the thermal circuit breaker may have tripped due to too many connected devices. Press the PowerCenter Thermal Circuit Breaker button to reset it, waiting 10 minutes before attempting again. If it continues to trip, try moving some devices to another PowerCenter or use a PowerCenter with a higher maximum amps rating.
