Safety Information

Getting Started

Pre-configured Setup

The device is pre-configured; follow steps for FTTC NBN connection.

Connecting Your Netcomm Modem (FTTC)

Step 1: Locate Socket

Find the NBN-activated telephone wall socket in your property.

Step 2: Disconnect Devices

Disconnect all devices from telephone sockets to avoid NBN signal interference.

Step 3: Connect NCD

Connect the NBN Connection Device (NCD) to the activated socket and power it up.

Step 4: Connect Modem to NCD

Connect the Netcomm modem to the NBN Connection Device using the blue WAN port.

Step 5: NBN Activation

Leave modem connected for NBN activation (20 mins to 1 hour).

Check Lights

Verify Power, WAN & WiFi lights are steady green, Internet light is flashing.

Connecting a Non-Pre-configured Modem

Before You Begin (Manual Setup)
