Pairing a fob
1. If the vehicle has been left with its doors open, close and reopen at least one
door before continuing to wake the vehicle.
2. Bring the paring fob and the fob-to-be-pared, into the driver’s seat area.
3. Press and hold both the brake pedal and the unlock button for 10 seconds.

If
detected,
vehicle will
respond by blinking the start/stop button’s LED at a high rate (toggle
every 100ms)
• Vehicle will stay in fob paring mode for 60 seconds if no action is taken. It will indicate the
end of paring mode by not blinking the LED.
• You can also exit the paring mode by releasing the brake pedal and the unlock button, then
pressing the start/stop button.

Using the fob-to-be-pared, press and hold the fob button for 10 seconds.

Vehicle will respond with:

successful.

Fobmemoryfullerror–Four“2secondon,0.5secondo”pulsesiftherearenomore
fob pairing slots free.
•
Anyotherfailure-Two“5secondon,5secondo”pulsesifparingwasunsuccessful
for any other reason.
•
Afterashsequence,vehiclewillexittheparingmode.
