Makesurethefeedisconsistentbeforeattemptingadjustmentstothestacker.
Setthestackingrollerpositionasdescribedinthemanual.Sometimesasmallrepositioningof
therollerwillimprovethestacking.SeeStackingRoller.
Ifthepaperistoocurlywhenbeingdelivered,placethecatchtrayandpluginperforatingunit
withbladesdisengagedintopositionanddeliverouttheback.Thisappliestosinglefold
applicationsonly.Iftwofoldsarerequired,youmayneedtoreducetheweightofstockto
achievethedesiredresults.
PAPERWILLNOTDEFLECTWHENUSINGONEFOLDORPERFORATING:
Checktomakesurethatthesecondplateisbeingusedasthedeflector.
Makesurethattheplateislocatedsecurelyand thatthedeflectorbariswoundrighttotheend.
Setthetiltrollermechanismtozero.
Checkthatthematerialisnottooheavytodeflect.
TOTALANDBATCHCOUNTERNOTWORKING:
Cleanthesensorsasdescribedinthemanual.
O-LAPKEEPSAPPEARINGON COUNTERBOARD
Iftheoverlapkeepstrippinginandcuttingoffthemachine,firstcheckyouarenotfeeding
doublesandresetthefeeder.
Overlaptrippingcanalsomeanthatthemachineisslowingslightlywhichmaymeanthe
materialistooheavy.
Check thatyouhavenoforeignbodiesortornpaperstuckinsidetheplatesormachine.

Checkfoldplateorpluginperforatorpowerconnectors.
MACHINEWILLNOTRESET
YourDocufoldisaminicomputer;youmusthaveacleanconsistent powersupply.Switchoff
