Coarse Adjustment
The coarse adjustment knob is located at
the base of the mill. Grip the area around
the window with one hand and turn the
base with the other. The “•” symbol is
ne and the “ ” symbol is coarse. It is
recommended to turn the mill upside down
while adjusting so the condiment is not
caught between the grinders.
Power Indicator Light
The mills are equipped with a power
indicator light which will illuminate
when the mills are in use.
Cleaning
Wipe the housing with a dry cloth.
Avoid harsh detergents and scouring pads,
as these may damage the surface. Do not
immerse in water as this will damage the
motor.
Keep this manual safely for future use.
5. Replace the casing, aligning the arrow
on the casing with the RIGHT-HAND
arrow on the base.
6. Turn the casing to the left so that the
arrow on the casing now aligns with
the LEFT-HAND arrow on the base.
7. We recommend lling the base
to about 80% with peppercorns
or salt to ensure smooth functioning.
8. Press the top button in order
to operate the grinder.
9. The screw in the bottom of the
base can be adjusted to control the
required neness of the condiment.

10. Gently shake the appliance if the
grinder ‘sticks’ during operation.
