To start the Soup & Milk Maker, press the
Select On/Off Button (16). The Soup & Milk
Maker will beep and begin the heating
process. The heating time will be displayed
and start to count down.
Press the Mode Button (15) and select the
Milk program. The icon will illuminate. (The
program is 37 minutes duration).
Pulp will remain in the sieve, leave to stand
over a bowl for 10-15 minutes to allow liquid
to filter through. Gently press with the back
of a spoon to extract a little more liquid.
Do not press firmly or the pulp will
enter the milk.
When the milk is made, pour the contents of
the Soup & Milk Maker Jug
(4) a little at a
time through a fine mesh sieve into a large
measuring jug (or bowl).
Allow the milk to cool before covering with
cling film and refrigerating before use. Milk
can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Milk
should be stirred or shaken before use.
