Grease moderately

inner
part
of
the
hub
(cacted
needle
bearing).
The
variator
can
now
be
reinstalled
(fjq.
4).
Drive
the variator
fully
home. It
will
locate
itself
in the
riqht
posi-
ti on.
The assembly
will rotate
freely
wjthout'play
if the
side
play
has
been
adjusted
as
described
above.
Bring
the
piston
to
rest on
the
stroke
ljmjter
and
fit the
variator
drum-(do
not forget
the
o-rjnq
on
the
drum
hub).
Tighten
the
nut to
22
ft. lbs.
(torque
wrench)
after
havjno
applied
a
s i ng]e
drop
of
LOCTITE
