REPLACING
THE
FRAME
Remove both
side
covers
Drain
the fuel
tank
Remove
the radio suppressor
and
disconnect
the decompression
cab'le.
Remove the L.H. b'lack
plastic
cover
(fig.
L).
Remove
the screw
on the mixing
chamber cover,
and
the cover
throttle slide
and
choke slide from
the
carburetor.
Remove the
outercasing
retainer
together with
the ignition
wrench, fig,
2).

Disconnect
the rear
brake inner
wire,
remove
the solderless nipple
and
the
outercasing
shouldered
end.
Disconnect
the four-way
connector, the wires
outside the
flywhee'l
magneto,
and
zener
diode straight
terminals.
Remove
the
R.
H. b'lack
p1

covers .
Detach
all
electric leads.
'
Set
the machine
on
a lift
bench
and clamp the rear wheel.
