If poor light conditions make the display or keypad
difficult to read:
Turn on the radio’s backlights by pressing the Light
button.
These lights will remain on for a preprogrammed time
before they turn off automatically (15 seconds).
OR
You can turn them off immediately by pressing the Light
button again.
