Using the answering machine
5. Use theu or d to change the options.
REPEAT
press M to repeat current message.
NEXT
press M to play next message.
PREVIOUS
press M to play previous message.
DELETE
press M to delete the current message.

to stop playback and return to standby.
10.3 Adjust the speaker volume
You can adjust the base loudspeaker volume from low to high. Press + to
increase the volume, or
- to decrease the volume.
10.4 Delete all messages

10.5 Record a memo
You can record memo messages for other users which can be played back just like
normal messages. Memos can only be recorded using the handset.
1. Press
M, scroll u or d to
ANSW MACHINE
and press M.
2. Scroll
d to
RECORD MEMO
and press M.
3. After the tone record your memo by speaking into the handset, press
M to
end recording.
4. The memo is automatically played back and then stored as a new message.
10.6 Outgoing messages (OGMs)
This is the message your callers hear on the answer machine. There are two pre-
recorded outgoing messages, or you can record your own.
10.6.1 Record also
The pre-set Record also outgoing message, that allows your caller to leave a
message, is ‘Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment, so please leave your
message after the tone’.
10.6.2 Answer only
The caller can listen to your announcement but cannot leave a message. The
pre-recorded message is ‘Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment, and you
cannot leave a message, so please call later.
