2. Separate the back housing from the front housing by pulling it upwards as shown in Figure 5-
7.

3. Disassemble the back housing from the front housing. Unplug the speaker & mic wire from
the 4 pin connector. After that, lift the 20 pin connector latch and release the keypad flex as
shown in Figure 5-8.
