All four indicator lights are flashing
The portable charger is in a fault condition. If this
occurs:
• Make sure the device is within temperature range
(see “Use & Safety for Battery-Powered
Accessories” on page 9).
• Verify connections—reconnect if needed.
• Press and hold the Power/Charge button to turn it
off, then press the Power/Charge button to turn it
back on.
If the indicator lights all continue to stay on after
checking these, contact Customer Support for further
assistance.
