4. To charge batteries, perform one of the following actions:
Option Actions
Charging radio (battery installed) us-
ing the SUC
Insert the radio (with battery installed) into the charger.
Charging a stand-alone battery using
the SUC
a. Insert the battery into the charger. (Inside surface of
the battery facing the front of the charger).
b. Align the slots in the battery with the alignment ribs in
the charger.
