4.10 Store a direct memory number
1. Press M twice.
2. Scroll d to Direct Mem and press M.
3. Key 1 is displayed. Press M.
If no number is stored No Entry is displayed. If a number is stored the name will be
displayed.
4. Scroll d to Key X , where X is the keypad number where the entry will be stored. Press
M.
5. Add is displayed. Press M.
6. The rst phonebook entry is displayed. Enter the rst letter of the name to search
alphabetically then scroll u or d to the exact entry, then press M .
7. Press e to return to standby.
NOTE
Only numbers that have been stored in the phonebook can then be stored as direct
memory numbers.
To dial direct memory numbers, see page 16.
4.11 Delete a direct memory number
1. Press M twice.
2. Scroll d to Direct Mem and press M.
3. Key 1 is displayed. Press M.
If no number is stored No Entry is displayed. If a number is stored the name will be
displayed.
4. Scroll d to Key X , where X is the keypad number where the entry is stored. Press M.
5. Scroll d to Delete . Press M.
6. Conrm? is displayed. Press M.
7. Press e to return to standby.
