The lid will not open. The pressure in the pot
does not allow the lid to be
opened.
Press and hold the pressure release
button to remove the pressure
inside the cooking pot.
Pressure in the pot is fully
released but the oat valve
is stuck because it is too
dirty, and therefore unable
to fall.
a. Press and hold the pressure
release button to remove the
pressure inside the cooking pot.
Then let cool down the product
during at least 2 hours and nally
press the external part of the oat
valve.
b. For next use, please clean and
wipe the oat valve. - g 39
The lid will not close. The lid gasket is installed
incorrectly.
Install the lid gasket correctly.
The oat valve is blocked
and does not lower due to
excessive buildup of debris.
a. Press and hold the pressure
release button to remove the
pressure inside the cooking pot.
Then allow the appliance to cool
down completely for at least 2
hours and nally press the external
part of the oat valve.
b. For next use, please clean and

The direction for closing
the lid has been incorrectly
chosen.
Close the lid in the right direction
according to the instruction
manual.
Intensive pressure
relief through the
pressure control
valve.
The pressure limit valve is
defective.
Contact the service centre for
repair.
The pressure limit valve
does not fall into place.
Gently press on the pressure
control valve to lower it into place.
Food is insuciently
cooked.
Cooking time set too short
or the temperature is too
low.
Select the appropriate cooking
time or temperature.
There is no power. Check the power supply.
the display shows “E0”. Pressure switch failure. Contact the service centre for
repair.
