Function Description

The Moulinex Click Chef HF452 is a multi-functional kitchen robot capable of performing a wide range of cooking tasks. Its core functions include:

  • Chopping/Mixing: Utilizes a chopper knife (B1) for tasks like blending soups (10 speeds, 2 mins, 2L, 100°C), compotes (10 speeds, 20s, 1.2kg), smoothies (12 speeds, 2 mins, 2L), vegetables (12 speeds, 15s, 500g), meat (12 speeds, 15s, 500g), and fish (12 speeds, 10s, 500g). It can also crush ice (2x 10s, 12 pieces) and chop hazelnuts (12 speeds, 30s, 500g).

Usage Features

  • Initial Setup: Before first use, remove all packaging and stickers. Clean all removable parts with soapy water. The motor block (C) should not be immersed in water.
  • Bowl and Accessory Placement: The stainless steel bowl (B5) is removed by pressing the unlock button (B3) on the handle. Accessories like the chopper knife (B1), butterfly whisk (D3), and blender (D1) are placed on the drive shaft inside the bowl.
  • Lid Assembly: The lid consists of three parts: the lid (A2), sub-lid (A3), and seal (A4). These are delivered assembled but can be separated for cleaning. The lid must be correctly positioned with the seal in place for the appliance to operate. The lid cannot be unlocked when the bowl is on the base; the bowl must be removed first.
