Check if the headphone is out of power and needs charging. If no light appears after 30 minutes, the battery may be faulty.
Ensure the headphone is in search mode (red and blue lights flashing). Try turning phone Bluetooth off/on, or restarting the phone.
Exclude prior pairing with another phone. Delete phone connection records, restart device and headphone pairing mode.
