Check if the headphone is out of power and needs charging. If no light appears after 30 minutes, the battery may be faulty.
Ensure the headphone is in search mode (red and blue lights flashing). Try turning phone Bluetooth off/on, or restarting the phone.
Exclude prior pairing with another phone. Delete phone connection records, restart device and headphone pairing mode.
Try inputting '0000' for the PIN code. If issues persist, delete phone connection records and restart pairing mode.
Verify mobile audio and media audio settings are on. Reboot the cell phone and restore headphone factory default settings.
Restore headphone factory default settings. Reboot the cell phone to resolve Bluetooth data errors. Speaker circuit damage is possible.
Right-click Bluetooth, search for devices, select, pair, and choose 'mono/ high-quality audio' service.
Insert Bluetooth adapter, install driver, initiate Bluetooth function, search, pair, and select 'mono/ high-quality audio' service.
Select 'set', choose 'Bluetooth', automatically search for devices, and select the device name to pair.
Headphones support audio output but may be incompatible with some third-party software due to their own limitations.
Ensure conversation and media volume are turned up. Connect both cellphone audio and media audio for proper output.
Adjust volume appropriately and position the headphone near your mouth for better effect. Select receiver mode for third-party software.
When using Skype, set the audio source for microphone and loudspeaker to 'Bluetooth SCO Audio'.
