To charge the device, you need to connect the USB-C plug of the included cable to the
USB-C connector located on the device handle under the seal, connect the other end of
the cable to the USB connector on your computer, laptop, powerbank, USB charger, etc.,
which guarantee power at the output 5 V ⎓ 2 A or higher current. Once charging has
started, the LEDs on the handle of the device will flash sequentially, when they are all solid,
charging is complete. After charging is complete, disconnect the power cord from the
device and the power source.
While it is charging, it is possible to use the device, but it may extend the charging time of
the built-in battery.
Additionally, after turning on the device, the LEDs indicate the approximate battery
charge level:
• one LED up to 25%
• two LEDs from 25% -50%
• three LEDs from 50% -75%
• four LEDs from 75% -100%.
4.2 Switching the device on and off, modes of work
To turn on the device, press and hold the POWER button for a few seconds. Turning on
the loudspeaker will be signaled by a short beep and turning on the backlight of passive
membranes. If no other audio sources are connected, the speaker will start up in wireless
mode.
It is turned off by briefly pressing the POWER button.
The speaker offers several operating modes:
• Bluetooth
• USB mass storage mode
• AUX mode
The device automatically detects connected audio sources and starts playing music from
them. If several audio sources are connected, you can switch between them by briefly
pressing the M button on the control panel on the device holder. Longer pressing of the M
button turns the illumination of the side diaphragms on and off.
4.3 Bluetooth connection (pairing)
Turn on the device. "BT" will flash on the LCD display, indicating that Bluetooth pairing of
the device is active. Search for the name "MOEVI_EGD-1124" on your smartphone, tablet
or notebook with Bluetooth module enabled; pair the devices. If you need to enter a PIN
code on your source device, please enter PIN: 0000 (four zeros). When the devices are
paired correctly, you will hear a confirmation sound and the letters "BT" will stop blinking.
If the speaker has been paired before, it will automatically connect to the device it was last
connected to (if that device is currently available) when you turn it on.
4.4 USB mass storage support
The USB port on the device is designed for data transfer only. It should not be used as a
power supply.
The supported audio recording formats are: MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC. The connected
storage should be formatted as exFAT or FAT32.
Connect the mass storage device to the USB connector. The speaker starts playing the
files on it automatically.
