First start-up
When the phone is switched on for the first time (even after it has
been reset to the factory settings), you may be asked to enter
the PIN code for the inserted SIM card, if such a protection is
established on the SIM card.
If the SIM card is changed, the phone can restarted after switching
on to configure the settings accordingly to the GSM operator.
Then the system will ask you (in English) to choose the language
of the phone Menu, keyboard language, allow you to log into the
available Wi-Fi network (will display a list to choose from - the
configuration can be made later), allow you to set the time and
date or choose its automatic setting, ask you to accept the terms
of the license agreement and the privacy terms of KaiOS. You can
also help in the development of the system by agreeing to send
diagnostic data to the developers of the system. After that a
simple tutorial presenting basic information about the use of
KaiOS will launch. When the main screen appears you can start
using the phone or move on to further configuration.

KaiOS anti-theft system
It is worth to create an account in the KaiOS anti-theft system,
thanks to which after losing orhaving your phone stolen you will
be able to remotely activate a loud alarm - MAKE RING (makes it
easier to search for a lost device), lock the device with a 6-digit
code and display on the screen a text allowing the honest finder
to contact the owner of the device - REMOTE LOCK (we recommend
that you enter the phone number so that the finder can call or
text you), as well as remotely delete all data from the internal
memory of the device - REMOTE WIPE (music, messages, photos,
videos, etc.).
To register an anti-theft account [Menu] > [Settings] >
Account > KaiOS account > Create an account by entering your
E-mail address and confirming your password. A message will be
sent to your E-mail address asking you to verify your account.
