7.8 PC 08 (Overload current protection diagnosis and solution)
Description: An abnormal current rise is detected by checking the specified current detection circuit.
Recommended parts to prepare:
• Outdoor PCB
• Connection wires
• Compressor
Troubleshooting and repair:
Check the power supply.
Do any exist?
Are they within acceptable
parameters?
Are they properly connected ?
Is it in working order?
Replace the outdoor unit.
Is it in working order?
Check system for blockages.
