• Let the machine cool down completely.
• Drain the fuel from the tank.
• Remove the bands on the ends of the fuel hoses on both sides of the
filter.
• Remove the filter from the hoses (turn the filter right/left - do not pull
forcefully)
• Rinse the disassembled filter in fresh diesel fuel or replace it with a
new one if necessary.
o) Storage/extended downtime:
• Run the machine without load for 3 minutes.
• When the oil is still warm but not fresh, replace it with a new
one.
• Add a few ml of fresh engine oil to the combustion chamber
(removing the plug on the cylinder head).
• (only for engines with a recoil starter) press the decompression
lever (see the picture below - in closed models, access after
removing the top cover in the housing) and simultaneously pull
the starter lever 2-3 times.
