12. Opzioni, kit ed esecuzioni speciali
Opzioni: (le opzioni devono essere specificate in fase d’ordine poichè
installate in fabbrica).
sCUFFIAISOLAMENTOACUSTICOCOMPRESSORI
Kit (i kit sono accessori che vengono forniti come collo a parte,
generalmente contemporaneamente all'unità, ed installati a cura
del cliente. Possono essere forniti anche in un secondo momento in
qualità di ricambi, kit di modifica, di completamento, ecc.):
svalvola pressostatica con valvola modulante a due vie (chiller)
per il controllo della condensazione. Valvola pressostatica con
elettrovalvola o valvola modulante a due vie (pompe di calore):
all’atto dell’installazione nelle pompe di calore con inversione
di ciclo lato acqua, accertarsi che la distanza tra la valvola
pressostatica e la relativa presa di pressione sul condensatore sia

sI soft starter servono a limitare la corrente di spunto in fase di
partenza del compressore.
Sui modelli multicompressore, è possibile installare anche un solo
SOFT STARTER OFFRENDO PERTANTO UNA SOLUZIONE PIá ECONOMICA SI
dovrebbe allora disabilitare la rotazione dei compressori e installare
il soft starter sull’ultimo compressore che parte.
I soft starter non sono compatibili con:
- elementi capacitivi (eg. condensatori con correzione del
fattore di potenza) installati tra il soft starter e il motore
del compressore (benchè sia possibile installarne uno

- alimentazioni monofase.
I soft starter sono forniti con schema elettrico generale
a corredo, cioè non specifico per modello, che
illustra all’installatore le modalità di installazione e
di impostazione (NB: il cablaggio deve essere fornito
dall’installatore).
Le unità dotate di soft starter possono funzionare fino ad
una temperatura ambiente massima di 40 °C, oltre la quale
l’unità si arresta semplicemente, senza innescare alcun allarme.
Nei modelli 200-600 i soft starter non si adattano alla dimensione
della macchina, per cui viene fornita una scatola esterna (con grado
di protezione IP55), nella quale va installato il (i) soft starter. Ogni
scatola può alloggiare fino a 2 soft starter (di qualsiasi modello) e
può essere installata fino a 3 m di distanza dalla macchina.
I kit soft starter possono essere montati anche su macchine già
installate in loco.

monitoraggio, controllo e supervisione più evoluti oggi
presenti sul mercato ed è in grado di controllare fino a
6 unità dotate di controllo IC121 con uscita RS485 (è
necessario installare l’apposito kit RS485 su ogni unità) e

12. Options, kits and special designs
Options: (the options must be specified at the time of the order
because they are installed in the factory:

Kits (the kits are supplied separately, generally at the same time of the
unit, and installed by the user. They can be supplied later as spare
parts, modification kits, completion kits, etc.):

Soft starters are not applicable with:
- capacitive elements (eg. power factor correction capacitors)

- single-phase power supplies.
The soft starter(s) are supplied with a generic electrical
drawing, not specific to any model, which explains how the
installer must install them (NB: the wiring must be supplied
by the installer) and how they must be set.
Units with soft starter(s) fitted can operate up to a maximum

unit simply stops, with no alarm being generated.
On models 200-600 the soft starter(s) don't fit into the unit
dimensions, and as such an external box is offered (featuring
an IP55 protection rating), within which the soft starter(s) must
be installed. Each box fits up to 2 soft starters (any model),
and can be installed up to 3m from the unit itself.
Soft starter kits can also be installed on units already installed in
the field.
