Why is the MTA TAEevo M10 Chiller water temperature too high?

  The water temperature in your MTA Chiller might be higher than expected due to several reasons: the thermal load could be too high (restore it to the preset limits), the ambient temperature could be too high (restore it to the preset limits), the condenser fins may be dirty (clean them), the front surface of the condenser could be obstructed (free it), or there might not be enough refrigerant fluid in the plant (in this case, get a technician to check for and eliminate leaks, then refill the plant).

  If your MTA Chiller is obstructed and the water isn't flowing, it could be because the set point is too low, causing the water to freeze (raise the set point or add an appropriate percentage of ethylene glycol (antifreeze)), or the evaporator is obstructed by dirt carried by the water to be cooled (clean the evaporator by running a detergent solution which is not aggressive for steel, aluminium and copper, or run a high water flow against the stream and install a filter upstream from the chiller).

  The FC1 fuse in your MTA Chiller might be tripping because of compressor motor overloading or a short circuit, or a short circuit in the compressor power line. To resolve this, use a tester to check the motor windings and the power cable. Replace the compressor or cable if necessary, and then change the fuse.
