Materials in Box

Installation

Prepare Power Connection

Feeds power cable, plugs into CX Flex and outlet.

Route Power Cord

Guides the power cord through provided channels.

Prepare Mounting Surface

Cleans surface and peels VHB adhesive film.

Secure Device with VHB

Presses device for VHB adhesion and allows curing.

Key Enrollment

Register Authorization Card

Places the Authorization Card to register the system.

Add User Keys

Adds User Keys by placing them over the RFID icon.

Exit Enrollment Mode

Closes enrollment mode via card or timeout.

Merchandising

Connect USB-C System End

Connects the sensor's USB-C cable to the CX Flex.

Attach Sensor Using VHB

Attaches the sensor to a product using VHB adhesive.

System Arming Post-Merchandising

System auto-arms or is armed by User Card.

Managing Alarms

Silence and Disarm Alarms

Silences and disarms alarms using the User Card.

Interpret Alarm Indicators

Explains alarm conditions and LED behavior.

Cable Removal

Detach Cable from CX Flex

Uses RFID card to detach the cable.

Remove Connected Cable

Physically removes the cable from the device.

Remerchandising

Disarm and Disconnect Cable

Disarms system and removes cable for remerchandising.

Connect New Cable

Inserts a new cable until it clicks.

Re-arm CX Flex System

Re-arms system via User Card or auto-arm.

Adding New User Keys

Disarm System for Key Addition

Disarms system with User Key before adding new keys.

Initiate New Key Enrollment

Places Authorization Card to begin key enrollment.

Deleting Enrolled Keys

Disarm System for Key Deletion

Disarms system with User Key before deleting keys.

Start Key Deletion Process

Holds Authorization Card to initiate deletion countdown.

Confirm Key Deletion

Confirms deletion by placing Authorization Card before timer ends.

System LED Status Indicators

Armed System LED Status

System LEDs solid white indicates armed state.

Disarmed System LED Status

System LEDs flash white when disarmed.

Alarming System LED Status

LEDs flash red/white indicating alarm condition.

Default Mode LED Status

LEDs flash green in default mode for enrollment.

Ready to Whitelist LED Status

LEDs solid green for Auth Card, no User Keys.

Connect Pairing Mode LED Status

LEDs flash blue during connect pairing mode.

Connect Network Issue LED Status

LEDs solid yellow indicates paired but no network communication.

Ready to Connect LED Status

LEDs flash yellow indicates ready to connect to network.

Port LED Status Indicators

Armed Port LED Status

System and Port LEDs are solid white when armed.

Alarming Port LED Status

LEDs flash red/white for alarming ports.
