Usage Features:

Blending Attachment Usage:
- Connect the blending attachment to the motor body until a click is heard.
- Plug the electrical cord into a power outlet.
- Insert the blending attachment into a container with ingredients, ensuring the blade does not touch the bottom. The provided measuring cup/blending beaker can be used.
- Turn the speed control knob to adjust the speed.
- Press and hold the Power Button to start blending; release to stop. Alternatively, hold the Turbo Button for maximum speed.
- Unplug immediately after use.
- To disassemble, press both release buttons simultaneously and pull the blending attachment off the motor body.
- Blending Tips: Use a gentle up-and-down motion for flavorful, full-bodied recipes. Avoid turning the blender ON until the blade is beneath the mixture's surface to prevent splashing. Do not pull the attachment out of the mixture while running. Do not blend fruit pits, bones, or other hard materials. For recipes with ice, use crushed ice. For compound butter, ensure butter is at room temperature.

- Whisking Tips: Use a clean metal or glass bowl for egg whites, as plastic can contain oils that ruin foam. Add sugar slowly to egg whites as peaks form. For heavy cream, use a chilled bowl and whisk attachment. Whip until cream thickens, then immerse the whisk fully.
Chopper Attachment Usage:
- Place the chopper bowl on a flat, stable surface.
- Slide the chopper shaft onto the center pin of the chopper bowl.
- Place pre-cut food around the blades in the chopper bowl. (Pre-cut food, remove stalks from herbs, shell nuts, remove bones/tendons/gristle from meat).
- Align the three pins on the chopper lid with the slots on the chopper bowl and turn clockwise to lock.
- Insert the motor body into the chopper lid until a click is heard.
- Turn the speed control knob to adjust the speed.
- Hold the motor body with one hand and the chopper bowl by its lid with the other.
- Press and hold the Power Button to start chopping; release to stop. Use the Turbo Button for maximum speed.
- Unplug immediately after use.
- To disassemble, hold the chopper lid with one hand, press both release buttons simultaneously, and detach the motor body from the chopper lid.
- Remove the lid and carefully take the blade shaft out from the chopper bowl.
- Remove the chopped food from the chopper bowl.
- Safety Note: Blades are extremely sharp. Always handle the chopper shaft by its upper plastic part.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: Always unplug the hand blender from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Motor Body and Whisk Gearbox: Clean these parts with a damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleansers, which can scratch the surface. NEVER immerse the motor body or power cord in any liquid or run under water.
- Attachments: Wash all other parts (blending attachment, whisk attachment, chopper bowl, chopper lid, measuring cup) in hot, soapy water or in the top rack of the dishwasher (keeping the temperature below 65°C/150°F). Dry thoroughly before use.
