How to troubleshoot no spark at spark plug in MULTIQUIP Vibratory rammers & tampers?
    • N
      Nicholas DuncanDec 1, 2025
If your MULTIQUIP Vibratory rammer & tamper is difficult to start despite having fuel, and there's no spark at the spark plug, start by ensuring the combo lever is in the start position. Then, inspect the spark plug for bridging, carbon deposits, or deficient insulation; clean, gap, or replace the spark plug as needed. Check the fuel line to ensure fuel is reaching the carburetor and flush or replace the fuel tank if there's water inside. Also, replace the fuel filter if it's clogged. If the spark plug is red, check the transistor ignition unit. If the spark plug is bluish white, and there is insufficient compression, repair or replace the engine; if injected air is leaking, correct the leak; if the carburetor jets are clogged, clean the carburetor. If there's no spark at the tip of the sp...

Why is the travel speed low and vibration weak on my MULTIQUIP Mikasa Construction Equipment?
    • S
      stacy27Sep 1, 2025
If your MULTIQUIP Construction Equipment exhibits low travel speed and weak vibration, several factors could be at play. The clutch or V-belt may be slipping, requiring adjustment or replacement. The vibrator might have excessive oil, which needs to be corrected to the appropriate level. Internal issues within the vibrator assembly, such as worn or defective parts, should be inspected and replaced as needed. Aeration in the hydraulic oil could be another cause; in this case, purge the air. Finally, ensure the engine speed is set to the correct RPM.

What to do if my MULTIQUIP Inverter stops running after power is turned on?
    • J
      johnsoncharlesSep 4, 2025
If the MULTIQUIP Inverter stops after being turned on, check the power source voltage and for any electrical leakage. Inspect the equipment using the same power source. If there are no issues, turn on the main power. Also, check for damage to the main vibrator and the machine itself. Inspect and repair or replace any damaged parts. Ensure the input plug is securely connected to the power source and the vibrator plug is properly connected to the output outlet. If the plug cover is not engaged or the plug claw is damaged, fix or replace the plug. If the machine was dropped, inspect for damage before use. If a circuit protector switch or control substrate is faulty, inspect the wiring and control substrate and replace if needed.
