How do I troubleshoot a MULTIQUIP WBH-16F Construction Equipment that's hard to start with no spark?

If your MULTIQUIP Construction Equipment is hard to start, with fuel available but no spark at the spark plug, check the spark plug gap and insulation, replacing the spark plug if necessary. Clean or replace the spark plug to remove carbon deposits. Check the spark plug insulation for shorts and replace if worn. Set the spark plug to the proper gap. Check the transistor ignition unit if the spark plug is red. If the spark plug is bluish white, repair or replace the engine if there is insufficient compression; correct any injected air leaks; and clean the carburetor if the jets are clogged. If there's no spark at the tip, check and replace the transistor ignition unit if broken, replace cracked or broken voltage cords, and replace fouled spark plugs.
