2. Periodical inspection
The table below lists the inspection items for the desktop robot other than described in the previous pages.
The user must add inspection items for peripheral equipment and jigs at his own discretion.

Check by pressing the
urgency/emergency stop button.
Operate the interlock and check
that the robot goes in an
emergency stop state.
Visually check that it is rotating.
No abnormal vibration,
noise, or odor during
operation
Check by visual sense, sense of
hearing and sense of smell.
No loose retaining
screws of optional
products
Check the tightening torque using
a torque wrench.

Greasing to direct
acting components
Check by visual sense, and sense
of hearing.

• Be sure to conduct daily inspections and periodical inspections to confirm that there are no abnormal
conditions in the desktop robot and peripheral equipment.
• The greasing guidelines are only guidelines and may vary depending on the use conditions or operating
environment.
