Insert 2 x CR2302 batteries into the battery compartment on the bottom (underside) of the scale.
Set up personal data for up to 8 users, selecting gender, athlete mode, height, and age.
Stand on the scale when it displays "0.0" to measure weight and body fat after a few seconds.
Step on the scale and use the UNIT button to toggle between desired units (lb, kg, or st).
The scale identifies users by weight and allows selection via arrow keys for personalized data display.
