Press DEL soft key.
To Add Call History Data To Local
Phonebook
Press Pbook soft key or Phonebook Feature key
while the history data of the target party.
Enter a desired name and then press OK soft key.
(In this example, “NEC ABIKO” is entered.)
The telephone number stored on the call history is
displayed. The telephone number can be changed
if necessary. Press OK soft key to add the dis-
played data to Local Phonebook.
Note:
If you want to exit from Call History, press END
soft key.
Note:
The Call History data stored on the system can
be added to Phonebook (controlled by the sys-
tem) only. The data cannot be added to the Per-
sonal Directory
Note:
Local Phonebook feature allows the user to reg-
ister up to 100 records. If exceeding 100 records
at this point, the error message shown below
appears. Press OK soft key to go back to the
above display.
Note:
If name information is sotred on the call history,
the name is displayed.
Note:
If “>>>” soft Key is pressed on the above screen,
the following soft keys appear. Pressing or
Eu-s/Eu-l soft key shifts characters between
uppercase and lowercase.
