What to do if NEC Server FTP service has been performed, but cannot access from a FTP user?
If you cannot access the FTP server as a user, it might be due to the Windows firewall blocking the connection. Ensure that you unblock the Windows firewall. Alternatively, anti-virus software may be blocking the FTP server port. In this case, unblock the port being used by the FTP server.
Why I cannot start the FTP server on my NEC Server?
There might be a couple of reasons why the FTP server won't start. First, the IP address of your PC might not match the FTP server's IP address. Ensure that the PC's IP address is correctly set in the [Whole Setting] menu of [FTP Server Setting]. Second, the command port for the FTP server might already be in use by another application. You can either close the application using the port or change the command port of the FTP server.
