UNIVERGE UM8000 includes the following features.
E-mail Integration – General Description
The e-mail integration must be licensed and installed to provide
subscribers with the benefits of using e-mail to read and listen to e-mail
and voice messages.
o Constant Message Count.
o Use the Web Administration Console for streamlined and simplified
configuration for administrators.
o Use the Web Mailbox Manager for streamlined and simplified
configuration and management of voice mail messages for
subscribers.
o SSL support (TLS).
o SMTP with authentication.
o Text-to-Speech using IMAPv4 or POP3 (with SSL and multiple
authentication methods).

o Multilingual text-to-speech with language auto-detection.

o Configurable e-mail notification template with multiple language
support.
o E-mail confirmation of successful fax delivery.
o Ability to copy voice messages and faxes to e-mail and mark the
original message, on the messaging system server, as an old
message or new message.
