What to do if lines are not working on NEC PBX?

If the lines on your NEC PBX are not working, begin by verifying that the Run/Block switch is set to the RUN position for the PCB. Also, check each line before the system using a test set and measure the loop current on each line with a digital voltmeter. Verify the trunk wiring and cable connection of the EXIFU if two cabinets are in use. Confirm the correct LED indication on the PCB, and ensure the trunk PCB is properly installed. Finally, make sure the system has proper earth grounding.
