Filter change
The machine's filters should be replaced when the
suction level becomes reduced.
Turn off the machine.
Replacing the particle/gas filter:
1 Turn the filter unit on it's side.
2 Undo the lock knob (5) under the filter unit.
3 Remove the lower part, containing the filter.
4 Fit the new filter.
5 Remount the lock knob and re-tighten, until the
sealing ring (20) is compressed.
6 Raise the filter unit to upright position.
7 Connect the filter unit again and start up.
Replacing the HEPA filter:
1 Undo all four lock knobs (2) on the top cover
(1).
2 Remove the top cover and lift up the used filter
(9).
3 Check/replace the plastic material (18) as
necessary.
4 Fit the new HEPA filter and re-fit the top cover.
5 Tighten the lock knobs again.
6 Connect the filter unit again and start up.
Replacing fuses
Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the
main socket.
Replacing the fuse:
1 Undo the lock knobs (2) on the top cover (1).
2 Remove the top cover and lift up the used filter
(9).
3 Check/replace the plastic material (18).
4 Undo the six lock screws (19) and remove the
cover (21) for the motor assembly.
5 Remove the silencing material (22).
6 Replace the fuse (23).
7 Re-assemble the machine.
8 Connect the filter unit again and start up.
Replacing the thermal fuse:
1 Undo the lock knobs (2) on the top cover (1).
2 Remove the top cover and lift up the used filter
(9).
3 Check/replace the plastic material (18).
4 Undo the six lock screws (19) and remove the
cover (21) for the motor assembly.
5 Remove the silencing material (22).
6 Dismount the mounting plate (24) and lift it out
from the machine.
7 Replace the thermal fuse (25).
8 Re-assemble the machine.
9 Connect the filter unit again and start up.
