  If you're experiencing no audio at the line outputs of your Neve Amplifier, begin by verifying all connections to the unit, ensuring that inputs and outputs are correctly routed to the same channel. Check the front panel SIG LED; it should illuminate if a signal is detected. Also, check the sensitivity control and turn it clockwise to increase the output level. Make sure that the input source selection indicated on the front panel LEDs matches the actual desired source. Finally, ensure the FNT button is set to the desired option; it should be lit to select a front audio source.

  If your Neve Amplifier isn't connecting to the Dante Network, ensure you're using a CAT5/CAT6 cable for the connection. Confirm that the network switch is a 1 gigabit unmanaged switch. Allow 25 seconds after physically connecting the cable for the connection to establish. Check that the DANTE LED is lit on the front of the unit.

Then, check the setting of the MONO button; in MONO mode, audio is heard equally on both left and right outputs. Finally, check the HP LEVEL control and turn it clockwise to increase the output level.
