Thedozerbladecontrolleverislocatedontheright-hand
console.
Thebasicoperationofdozerbladecontrolleverarethe
following:
•
pushthedozerbladecontrolleverforward(A)tolower
thedozerblade.
•
pullthedozerbladecontrolleverrearward(B)toraise
thedozerblade.
Theoperationofthedozerbladestopswhentheleveris
released.Theleverreturnstotheneutralposition.
Usethebladeonlyforlightworksuchasdozingofsoft
soilormud.
Donotforciblypushdownordigdeeplywiththeblade.
Whenoperatinginanareawithmanyrocksandstones,
payattentionnottodamagetheblade.
NOTICE:duringbladeoperations,avoidapplicationof
concentratedorlateralloadtotheblade.Severedam-
agesmaybecausedtothebladestructure.
Whenthebladeisusedasanoutriggerduringtheopera-
tion,checkthatthegroundhasthesufcientstrength,and
besurethattheedgesurfaceofthebladeiscontacting
thegrounduniformly.Severedamagesmaybecaused
tothebladestructureifthemachineissupportedonlyat
onesideoftheblade.
NOTICE:makesuretolowerthebladetothegroundbe-
forestoppingmachineoperation.
Iftheengineisstoppedwiththebladeinraisedposition,
itisstillpossibletolowerthebladeproceedingasfollows:
1.TurnthestarterkeytoONposition.
2.Setthesafetylockleverinforwardposition.
3.Pushthebladecontrollevertolowerthedozerblade.
