Why does the pen shake when writing on my NewLine Collaboration HO?

If the pen shakes or jitters when writing on your NewLine Touch Panel, it's recommended to use a Smooth pen. Hold the Smooth pen far away from the tip and keep the angle between the Smooth pen and the screen surface greater than 60 degrees, also keep your sleeve or wrist away from the screen surface. Also, try removing any sources of interference or move to an environment without interference.
