Why are the strokes intermittent when writing on my NewLine ER Touch Panel?

If you're experiencing intermittent strokes while writing on your NewLine Touch Panel, try the following: use a Smooth pen, holding it far from the tip at an angle greater than 60°, replace the tip or write with a larger occlusion area, check for foreign objects on the infrared strip, and remove any sources of interference.
