Troubleshooting Methods
When the touch screen connects to
CEC facilities and powers down, touch
screen will stay in shut down mode
after power restart. CEC facilities can’t
recall the touch screen.
Please use the remote control to start and turn off
the touch screen. Then you can use the CEC
facilities to recall it.
